At Noble Hair New York, we provide fast, secure, and professional nationwide shipping from our New York City hub. We understand the importance of receiving your medical wig or luxury hair system promptly and discreetly.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

 

2. Domestic Shipping & Transit Times (USA)

We ship exclusively through FedEx to ensure your premium hair products are tracked and delivered safely. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday – Friday) after the order has left our NYC showroom.

3. Discreet Packaging & Medical Orders

For our clients purchasing **Cranial Prostheses** or medical hair systems, we prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet, high-quality packaging with no external mention of "Wigs" or "Hair Replacement" on the shipping label to ensure your delivery remains private.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been handed over to FedEx, you will receive an automated email containing your FedEx Tracking Number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the FedEx website.

5. Shipping Restrictions & P.O. Boxes

Please note that because we ship via FedEx for security and speed, we **cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes**. A physical street address is required for all shipments. Any orders placed with a P.O. Box address may result in processing delays or cancellation.

6. Delivery Issues & Insurance

Every shipment from Noble Hair New York is insured for its full value. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact **support@noblehairnewyork.com** within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can initiate a claim with FedEx.
