Refund policy
At Noble Hair New York, we are committed to providing the highest quality medical-grade cranial prostheses and premium human hair systems. Due to the nature of our products and strict Federal health and hygiene regulations, we maintain a comprehensive policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. 14-Day Return & Exchange Window
While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may arise. We offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges from the date of delivery. This extended window ensures our nationwide customers have ample time to inspect their orders.

Note: Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for consideration.
2. Hygiene & Condition Requirements (Strictly Enforced)
Due to health regulations, hair products that have been "used" cannot be resold. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in original, factory-fresh condition:

Unaltered: The hair must not have been brushed, combed, washed, colored, or styled.

Lace Intact: For all lace wigs and cranial prostheses, the lace must be uncut and the hairline must be untampered with.

Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, hairnets, and labels attached.

Odor-Free: Items must be free of any odors (perfume, smoke, hair products, etc.).
Warning: If the hair has been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way, the return will be rejected for hygiene reasons and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or there is a verified manufacturing issue with your order, we will facilitate an exchange immediately.

Process: Please contact support@noblehairnewyork.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the hair and packaging.

Approval: Our NYC team will review the photos and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are considered Final Sale:

Customized Units: Any medical wig or system customized to your specific measurements or color.

Clearance Items: Products purchased from the "Sale" or "Limited Stock" sections.

Wig Accessories: Adhesives, caps, and maintenance kits.
5. Shipping & Restocking

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable service (UPS/FedEx) and purchasing insurance.

NYC Showroom: For local clients, returns can be processed at our showroom at 265 W 37th St, Suite 401B, New York, NY 10018, provided you have received prior email authorization.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking and sanitization fee applies to all medical-grade cranial prostheses to cover professional inspection costs.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our New York hub, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
